The Employee State Insurance Act,1948    Identifying the right date of ESI Applicability to an establishment. Post identifying the date of applicability, suggesting the way forward in terms of the process followed towards registration, identifying past dues (if any), setting up timelines with HR and our team to ensure smooth and effective compliance on a monthly basis.  Ensuring the ESI dues are worked out correctly and ensuring the salary process happens smooth with much ease. Updating Insurance Numbers for employees who already have & generating Insurance Numbers of new  / fresh employees. Updating KYC  of employees alongwith his family members on a timely basis and guiding employer / HR’s on any missing information.
